The Principal of the Preparatory, Mr. Ian Mcleod, congratulated Pakistan on their Independence and reinforced the relationship that the school has with the Pakistanis residing in South Africa.

The pupils wore their colourful traditional attire with pride. Everybody was treated to traditional savoury and sweet treats and were queuing to get a henna design. The pupils learnt about the culture and traditions of another country. Crawford Pretoria is a multi-cultural school where diversity is acknowledged and celebrated.
